Responsibility
- Manage all employee relations including contract labour, industrial relations and legal issues to ensure a harmonious working environment at the plant
- Liaise and network with labour authorities, local industry associations and other external influencers and support Plant HR team to build the same
- Drive and implement effectively all HR processes like recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and benefits and welfare activities for the plant
- Participate and manage wage negotiations/union agreements along with the plant head & IR Head
- Actively participate and drive the employee and management committees for CSR, welfare, health & safety and employee grievances
- Represent the organization during all labor/IR statutory inspections and audits and ensure compliance.
- Plan, prepare and ensure budgetary controls as defined
- Manage the general administration functions
- Create HR metrics, reporting and MIS reports to help in management reviews and decision making
- Responsible for employee records, payroll processing
