opportunities for our transformational leaders & Experts in Security
Function.
The
Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will lead
Security Operations and Automation, Risk & Threat Assessment and also bear
responsibility for Incident Management, stakeholder management to ensure
business continuity. S/he will work towards benchmark Industry best practices
for implementation in Security operations, Automation, Intelligence &
Vigilance. S/he will also contribute to Security Manpower Capability Building.
The leader will envision and
execute the security strategy, budgeting, policy, SOPs for effective deployment
of security cover. S/he will demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility and
ensure effective implementation of security systems besides networking with
Civil Administration and Management of special resources.
S/he will manage the security
operations and coordinate security initiatives across the site and to develop
intelligence network across peripheral villages/area. Coordinate and implement
site security measures for protection of company assets. Ensure compliance and
security assurance through periodic reviews/audits and investigate security
breaches and other incidents. Design and implement security policies and
procedures ensuring overall physical security of the plant. The leader will
increasingly focus on digitalization and devise and execute strategies for up
gradation of existing security system in line with the best in class industry
practices.
