Job requirement: HR and Admin Executive

 

Mint + Milk is a brand relations agency, headquartered in Mumbai. We represent the PR and Influencer Marketing duties of many notable brands, organisations in the consumer and lifestyle segments. We present a collaborative and consultative approach to help craft and shape a locally relevant campaigns tailored to drive awareness with a brand's target audiences.

 

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for an admin and HR role at the organization. This is for an immediate opening; job description stated below

 

Job Description 


·       Recruitment - structure organizational chart for the company and scout new talent, carrying out end-to-end recruitment process - review resumes, setup interviews with upper management, follow up with potential candidates for required documentation, conducting reference checks, drafting offer letters

·       Training and orientation - Induct new joiners by walking them through company policies, provide them with joining documentation, etc. 

·       Maintaining employee files - whetting documents, keeping track of leave and attendance records

·       Payroll - calculate salaries basis leaves and deductions 

·       Company policies - review and recommend modifications to company’s Employee Handbook on a timely basis 

·       Employee engagement - Ideate and organize social activities to boost morale and encourage team work

·       Admin role - provide ad hoc support around the office as needed; office maintenance, managing day-to-day expenses, etc. 

 

Basic skills and requirements


·       Candidate should be residing in Mumbai/ willing to relocate to the city

·       Candidates should have excellent communication skills and know email etiquettes

·       Proven work experience in the HR and administrative role is preferable

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 

·       Good problem solving skills

·       Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

·       Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
