  • Demonstrated history leading a team from project conception to implementation
  • Experience working on Supply Chain Domain
  • Experience with and working knowledge of project management tools
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Helicopter view and ability to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time.
  • Working independently
  • Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Works well in a team and collaborates with others
  • Take care of our project and action management platform to provide structure, clarity and clear ownership of responsibilities
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Provide regular status reports to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines
  • Frequently contact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand , act on and embrace the company’s culture and work well in our flat structure
