- Demonstrated history leading a team from project conception to implementation
- Experience working on Supply Chain Domain
- Experience with and working knowledge of project management tools
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Helicopter view and ability to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time.
- Working independently
- Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
- Works well in a team and collaborates with others
- Take care of our project and action management platform to provide structure, clarity and clear ownership of responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Provide regular status reports to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines
- Frequently contact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand , act on and embrace the company’s culture and work well in our flat structure
