   Purpose of the role

As a HR Partner for businesses, provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.

                      

B.   Responsibilities

Talent & Leadership

  • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
  • Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire – cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
  • Create an agile, confident and diverse talent pool at all the levels
  • Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions
  • Develop and deploy the competency framework for creating a future ready workforce
  • Support Talent development by focusing on

  1. Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from reputed College
  2. 8+ years of experience in HRBP with at least 02 years as People Manager
