Your Roles & Responsibilities

Invoicing of receivables & passing all the
accounting entries in Estate Assets & Facilities operations,
·
·
Prompt follow up on the Debtors
·
·
Provisioning of receivables / payables
·
·
Monthly / Quarterly / Periodical / Need based MIS
reports preparations & addressing management queries / clarifications
·
·
Tracking of Budget Vs Actuals
·
·
Taxation support services to departmental purchase
& estate sections
·
·
GST management which will include addressing
assessing officer’s data & other requirements that will be channelled
through GIL Finance
·
·
Coordination with Corporate Finance for
reconciliation activities & resolution of any issues thereto
·
·
Addressing queries / providing clarifications to
Internal & External Audit teams, and preparation of Audit Binders for
quarterly & annual cycles
·
·
Related administrative functions – follow-up of
receivables & related correspondences, MIS data inputs, documentation
management (physical & soft)
·
·
Interface for the Estate Customers & assisting
in coordination of execution of requirements
·
Operational statutory compliances – identifying,
implementation & tracking

Qualification: B COM Graduate/ MBA
Experience: 4-5 years
