At least 08 years professional experience in planning, design, implementation, procurement, supervision, quality control drinking water supply projects. Experience of at least 02 year working on State Government/ Central Government/ Public sector projects. Should be willing to travel as part of the duty for at least 50% of the time. Should be less than 60 years of age. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

					Knowledge of MS office and Internet is essential.
4.	Project Manager (Monitoring)	13 (DWSM)	Deputation/ Contract	Rs. 67,700- 2,08,700 Level-11 (Deputation),   Rs. 1,10,000 (Contract)	On Deputation Basis: Assistant Engineer with 03 years’ experience or Executive Engineer of Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam/ Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan/ Irrigation Department/or any Department  Under  Jal Shakti.   On Contractual Basis: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Mechanical from reputed institutes with minimum 08 years post qualification professional experience in Project Monitoring of water supply projects. Preference shall be given to those candidates passing out from reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. Experience of at least 02 years working on Central Government/ State Government Water Supply Projects. Should be willing to travel as part of the duty for at least 50% of the time. Should be less than 60 years of age. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS office and Internet is essential.

At least 10 years social work experience after completion of Post-Graduation. Knowledge of Hindi & English typing, MS office and Internet is essential.

The expert should also have knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluating programs including indicator development, study design and data analysis
