Job Role - Business Development Associate (Field Sales)


Sector: Direct Sales


● Working Days: 5 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working)


Probation Period: 2 months


● CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay)


● CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 10 LPA (INR 7 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3 LPA as Incentive Pay)


Basic Requirements:


● Bachelor's Degree


● Comfortable with field work


● Strong proficiency in Spoken English


● Flexible to relocate


● Comfortable with long working hours


● Able to handle stress and pressure


● Looking for long term career in Sales


Description: 

You will start your journey at BYJU’S as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which BYJU’S-The Learning App helps students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students. You will be working 5 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being week-off.
