- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years experience in sales, vendor sales management, or partner management in a sales or service environment.
- Experience with quality assurance processes, including conducting audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and using data to work towards continuous improvement.
- Experience with sales performance analysis, including ability to analyze sales activities and metrics, identify issues, and recommend action.
- Experience with digital advertising, Google Ads, vendor agreement terms. Knowledge of AdWords campaign building and optimization.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without authority, especially management, via clear, persuasive written and oral presentations and updates.
- Excellent understanding of selling best practices and techniques.

You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
As a Vendor Performance Manager, you will be a part of Google Customer Solutions (GCS) vendor sales management. You will be a stakeholder for your vendor management team, influencing and holding them accountable to deliver excellent sales performance and quality while enabling site-program success with targeted support. You will be responsible for analyzing vendor performance and presenting key insights to Google sales leadership, supporting initiatives to improve GCS vendor operations, and sharing best practices with vendor management and Google teams across global markets and lines of business.

Responsibilities
- Monitor vendor sales performance and share key market insights with Google leadership. Consult on weekly reviews, ensuring performance diagnoses, mitigation plans, and follow up to deliver results, sharing best practices.
- Ensure service quality against service level agreements and key performance indicators by conducting regular audits, calibration sessions and quality reviews, sharing insights and feedback with vendor management and central Google teams, and holding vendor management accountable to make improvements.
- Build relationships with vendor sales management for your line of business, communicating expectations for delivering against program-specific agreement terms while providing appropriate support and guidance.
- Provide feedback and support to land vendor operations improvement and product, tool, and process support and cascade changes.
- Identify escalation paths to troubleshoot issues and business risks of non-compliance with policies.
